Root [Sprint/Cricket] MA4 zip?

I'm used to being able to download a zip file and put it on my phone's sd card to flash different ROMs onto my phone. I like it that way because occasionally things can mess up or I might want to try CM, then switch back. Why is the latest one needing Odin and stuff? Can I get the new Stock rooted ROM in a zip anywhere?

I'm not good with change!

I'm "assuming" two things here.
1) You posted in the Sprint section, so Sprint is your carrier.
2) You meant MD4.zip, not MA4.zip.

If both "assumptions" are true, this link is your answer. See post #2 as I'm (again assuming) that you are rooted and have a custom recovery installed (CWM or TWRP).
