Root [Sprint/Cricket] No notifications?

I updated to CM version 10.1.0-RC2-d2spr and no longer get notifications for any apps other than Gmail and TweetCaster. Apps such as Instagram and Snapchat have notifications enabled but I don't get them. Anyone else have this issue? Or any suggestions how to fix?

did you wipe the dalvik cache when you flashed the rom? if not go into your recovery and delete you cache and dalvik cache. if that doesnt fix it, id try out other awesome roms... there are plenty of awesome TW, Aosp, and Aokp roms out there. become a flashaholic and join the community.

Im pretty sure i did but I'll give that a shot. I'm still rather new to all of this and sort of learning as I go along.

Any other good ROMs you'd recommend? I tried Carbon but didn't really like it.

i personally don't like the non Touch Wiz(samsung based) roms on this phone... the main reason being is TW is more stable. anyways id recommend you try out hyperdrive rom. it has great customization options and i personally like it. however there are much slimmer smaller roms available... but i however, like bloat. oh and since you're new just a word of advice... only flash sprint compatible roms. it could be known as one of sprints build numbers or roms may have "d2spr" in their title.
