Root [Sprint/Cricket] Rom for battery life?

Ok so iv tried a few different ROMS out since iv had my S3 and cant seem to decide. So, my question to everyone is what ROM do you all suggest to use for good battery life without sacrificing performance. And, any chance you all can tell me how long you all have been getting with said ROM? Thanks ahead of time.

P.S. rather stick with a stock size battery because i will be getting a windshield mount for the phone so has to be able to fit in that.

In my experience with different ROMs, any AOSP/CM based ROM will always give you the better battery life. Like stock Android experience (what we see on Nexus devices), there is no overlay meaning no extra stuff running to make the phone look different and give it manufacturer features.

The problem with those ROMs, for our phone being so new anyway, is that there are some features that aren't working as well as they should as they would with further development or as the standard manufacturer (TW) ROMs.

I'm not sure if you've tried CM10, AOKP, or ParanoidAndroid (CM based), but they all gave me pretty good battery life. I'm 90% of the time connected to an Airave and WIFI (and I also don't have 4G-LTE in my area, still have WIMAX towers up, lol) so cell signal doesn't play that huge factor in depleting my battery but when I'm out around town those do play well with the towers and give me pretty good life.

Any other suggestions for roms with good battery life and stability?

I'm using AOKP right now, and while the battery life is way better than I had on stock, Skype video calls don't seem to work for me. I use it a lot with the gf, so Skype not working is a deal breaker.

I tried the latest stable CM10 a few weeks ago, but 3G/4G was constantly dropping. Might give one of the nightlies a try.

Probably gonna flash Paranoid Android today
