Root [Sprint/Cricket] Root on a mac?

How do I do this? Also where are the custom roms available? How do I install those if I'm using a mac? Thanks
 
rooting on a mac.... hmmmm.... not sure if youre gonna get much love here on that one as ive not encountered many cross platform users here. Meaning that many mac users prefer iphones (sorry i swore LoL!!) You might wanna use a friends computer, or just come over to the dark side of windows. That being said, you might have some success with a windows emulator if there isnt an odin version for the mac. I did find this tho, which kinda leads me down the path that odin doesnt exist for mac Odin and Mac - xda-developers

It refers to heimdall, which is an alternative software client to odin for those not using a windows machine... sounds like its broken for mac based upon the above link. Read this tho and i hope it helps!!
