Root [Sprint/Cricket] Rooted, but can't boot into Clockworkmod.

I rooted my Sprint GS3 with odin using the method provided here with no problems (Have superuser installed, using rooted apps)

Then I downloaded a ROM and put it in on my SD Card. I turned off the phone, held up volume, home, and power, but it won't boot back into Clockworkmod. It boots into the stock recovery. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Thanks!

Also, I know it's installed because I just used Rom Manager to boot into CWM. I just don't want to install any ROMs if I can't boot into CWM manually.

According to the root guide (the one linked to in the root thread sticked in this forum), you have to hold down the volume down, home, and then power -- in that order.

You might have been holding the wrong volume button -- but maybe this is to get into download mode? Not sure if that's any different than rebooting into clockwork -- I haven't been down the root path yet so I'm not too sure.

Upon further reading, yes, there is a difference -- sorry, my bad:

Volume Up + Home + Power = recovery mode.
Volume Down + Home + Power = download mode.

I noticed the only way I can get it to work is using ROm Manager, flash CWM then power down (or while it reboots) hold volume up + home + power and when you first see the blue letters in the top left corner release all of them at same time. I have used Odin to reflash is also via the PC and have done the same.
