Root [Sprint/Cricket] SetCPU Profiles

Well I'm curious since just a couple of hours ago flashed a kernel (ktoonsez for TouchWiz 4.1.2) I want to see what other people have as kernels and their profiles. Everyone talk about why you like your said profile and maybe people (like myself) can obtain information or have a little bit of an idea what sort of govenors/Mhz (even though not all phones are the same)/ and profiles are

Its generally best to not have any profiles set up.

Most "modern" governors/kernels already have code to limit CPU power when the screen is off or when it gets too hot.

Having setCPU profiles doing the same thing at different points leads to conflicts
