I am stock rooted running Android Version 4.1.2, my problem occurs while I am using GMail.
When I open up my GMail, or Twitter that has a website link I would normally hit the link and the website would open.
Recently that action has stopped, now when I click on a link in the e-mail or Twitter to open, a black screen appears and at the bottom it will say - "shell has been granted Superuser permision" it will then cycle on and off (3) times then the screen will close and I will be sent back to the original e-mail I was trying to open.
When I rooted the phone (over a year ago) this problem had never occurred until recently. At this point I can no longer open any links that are attached in my e-mail or Twitter.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance
