Root [Sprint/Cricket] [Support] Stuck on Boot animation

I have a rooted s3 with Team win recovery project that's suck on the boot animation. I can access TWRP witch is just like CWM but i cant get passed the boot animation. is factory reset the only option? Also i dont have a back up.

i just wiped every thing and factory reset. still stuck

I used odin to flash the stock rom to the phone.
