Root [Sprint/Cricket] What will I lose? FACTORY RESET

Plan on installing the JB Goodness v.8.0.5 ROM coming from Team Sonic. Have to do a factory reset & wipe. What will I lose from my phone's internal storage. Will i lose downloaded pics, gifs, documents etc?

If you just select the Factory Reset option, most newer recoveries know just to delete the data partition, minus the bit of your internal memory which simulates an SD Card (when I factory reset in recovery, it says it doesn't wipe /data/media).

That being said, it wouldn't be a bad idea to back that stuff up, because it never hurts to keep a backup, ever.
