Help Sprint - Error Code 16

My wife keeps getting this code on her GS3. It seems as though the network connection drops whenever the code comes up on her screen.

Anyone else experiencing this, or know more about it?

I just tried Googling it. From what I saw on a few results it sounds like you might have to call in to Sprint to resolve it :/

I did the same thing (Google). All of the posts, also seemed to be from like 2 years ago. So, I figured that I would ask the forum too. She is going to call Sprint, though.
