Help Sprint Galaxy Tab Force closes on Calender Storage

Need so help. Last night I was putting a lot of info into my Calender and today when I powered it up it just freezes up and ( The application Calender Storage (process com.android.providers.calender) has stopped unexpectedly. And the tab wont let me do anything. So tried a hard reset by holding the power button and the volume down and when I doe that I get yellow triangle saying download wait. But its never resets. What can I do?

Try this:

Do the button method of getting to the recovery menu again, only this time select the wipe.

Do that wipe twice, then try a reboot.

If no go, do it all again, but this time select factory data reset (be sure to do the wipe again before the reset).
