Root Sprint Hotspot and Wireless Teather Problems

I'm running the latest Fresh ROM. I was curious if anyone else is having an issue with the Hotspot or Wireless Teather? I have reinstalled the ROM and still no go. Both worked at one time. Curious if anyone know if an update we received may have disabled these features?

It's mainly 3g as 4g is sporadic in Cincinnati. Regardless, as I stated both worked at one time. I mainly used the hotspot.
 
try uninstalling the wireless version and install the new 3.0 version I had to do that on one rom to get the app working....
