Sprint Hotspot

Have a Note. Pay for Sprint Hotspot. When I scan Wi Fi it shows up with bars all the way across but won't connect. Had a Galxay 10.1 before the Note and it worked fine. Sprint says it is the tablet. Any suggestions.

Sorry you are having an issue with your Note. Don't know much about routers but maybe someone can confirm my suggestion to reset your router and try again, or here is a link to your devices' forum for some more help :)
