How do I doit withought changing my rom joust my firmware. Could somebody also please direct me to a download of 4.3.2 firmware if there is one for Galaxy Note 2 Sprint?

Root [Sprint] How do I flash 4.3.2 firmware using goomanager?

Since "ROM" and "Firmware" mean the same thing (technically, the ROM is the place that the firmware sits), you're going to be putting a 4.3 ROM on your phone. (Which I wouldn't do until Samsung gets all the bugs out.)
