Root [Sprint] How do I reflash stock ma7 back to ljc?

Ever since i update my note 2 from LJC to MA7, I want to reflash back to stock LJC. I tried odin but failed everytime, it failed after sboot. any suggestion?
 
You could use this as well he has one for MA7 and LJC.
