Help [Sprint] How do u put music on phone

It will not let me put any music on my phone has any one figure this out is yet

What method are you trying to get music onto your phone? You could easily connect the phone to computer and drag mp3s onto the phone. Or if you use Google Music it'll sync automatically.

Yea I was dragging them to phone but they wouldn't save on

Did you install the drivers?

Or download and install Samsung Kies. And use that to sync your music files.

Did you try using the USB cable that came in the box with the S3?

Long story short this past weekend I tried to do the same and couldn't transfer anything until I used the cable that came with the S3. Other USB cables just wont work.

yes i used cable that came with phone and yes ive tried kies nothing works
