Help Sprint ID

im trying to change my sprint id and when i hit "get new" on the id screen it says "mobile network connection is required to view this content. please check your network connection status and try again."

i have a network connection and it is working. any solutions to this problem
 
Make sure your wifi is turned off! Your phone will only download a Sprint ID pack if your connected to the Sprint Network and not your wifi :)
