I was wondering do I update to the latest update that just came out but no one seems to want to reply to my thread so they decided to open a new one I was wondering if I can go directly to the cyanogenmod site and then use the latest nightly to flash to my phone with everything being fine and does it have the latest update for HTC Sense.

Cyanogenmod has nothing to do with HTC Sense. It is an operating system all it's own. the current version is based on KitKat 4.4.4
