Root [Sprint] just unrooted and now stuck on yellow sprint screen

hello all

i just ran the stock md5 file in odin. everything went fine and the phone rebooted back up. but the phone is stuck on the yellow sprint screen. its been sitting there for 10 minutes and its stuck. i did turn it off and then turn it back on, and its still sticking on that screen. the notification light is pulsing, other than that nothing is happening.

any ideas?

I had the 4.3 stock instead of the updated 4.4.2. Solved
