Help sprint or virgin

Hello all again. My question today is I just got a Kyocera rise and I can't tell if it's virgin mobile or a sprint. From what I read the virgin mobile phones don't have a SD expansion slot but mine does. When I remove the battery it says sprint but when I start it, it has the virgin mobile symbol on the screen. So I hope someone can tell me which one it is. I have a feeling this is a virgin but I want to be sure. And second does anyone know how to jailbreak my phone?

Hmmm, what is the model number listed on the sticker under the battery?
Does it match what the device states? (menu/settings/about phone)
