I also have a connect. The company I work for has over 400 lines with Sprint we are a large account. I really can't say to much but let's just say the company I work for might sale beer and the major brand might have a red and white logo 
And this is what I got from my corp rep

I was just backing you up my friend. My connect told me the same thing. I think we are not going to get the phone On or Before the 21st. Unless we see a tracking number in the next couple of hours.

We'll definitely get it by the 21st but before the 21st I'm not sure. Everything is going to get shipped Guaranteed next day delivery anyway.

Store launch is still confirmed for the 21st. There is no reason why the first order of pre-orders wont be at your house on the 21st. If they were going to change the launch date that would have been decided by now. You guys who pre ordered on the 6th should have the phone on the 21st. No reason for you not to have it. If sprint had LTE where I live I would switch.
We have all been in the game long enough to know that CSR do not know anything about shipping dates. It is there job to only know what they can see in the system on your account that is it.

This is true, they can only tell you what they see in their system. "I know I used to work for AT&T as a CSR. But anyway I just came to say that if you don't see a tracking number by 5'oclock Est then you will not be receiving your phone on tomorrow.

That is not necessarily true. They can send the phone out today but the system may not be updated until later. Its all electronically updated so it depends on when it updates.
To be safe I would say if you wake up in the morning and you don't have a shipping email or any shipping info on your account. I would call and ask to see if you can get overnight delivery because you did pre order.

Okay so just for comparison sake, and yes I shouldn't have said tracking Number, but what I should have said was scanned by UPS by 5. So anyway below I have listed another item I have being shipped to me so its kind of like a time frame to go off of, Now do I do want to note that this item I'm showing is for a 3day delivery and and not an overnight delivery like the GS3.

I was trying to avoid a mas panic of people calling CSR screaming why they didnt get an email at 5 if has not been updated in the system yet. They may very sell ship it today, but the confirmation email might not send out for hours later. And after that a few hours before the tracking has been updated.

Hey Everyone, We just got this info about the Sprint launch for this phone. If you preordered from us I wanted to make sure to pass it on to you...this is on our Facebook page as well.
Well, here we go again. We’ve just been notified that the Samsung Galaxy S III is being delayed. We made you a promise that we’d keep you updated on inventory information so we wanted to get this out to you just as soon as we received notice from Sprint. As of now, Sprint is informing us that the new release date will be June 28th. If for any reason this changes we’ll be sure to let you know. The delay is affecting all national retailers, both online and in stores. We don’t like delays any more than you do, but wanted you to hear the news as soon as possible.

If you pre-ordered through Sprint, I would contact Sprint directly. This is the messaging we received from Sprint just a little while ago.
If you pre-ordered from Sprint, I would check with Sprint directly. As for everyone else, that is the information that we received just a little while ago from Sprint.

Just contacted Sprint rep over the phone....They said they have the inventory count confirmed for 16g's but not for 32g's. They said they're still waiting for the manufacturer's confirmation as they have no control over it...which is RIDICULOUS!! Here's the phone# I was told to call for the status. 866-789-8292
