Yes, and just to CLARIFY Wirefly Customers that Preordered through them your package is delayed until the 28th. Sprint Customers who preordered is still as usual by the 21st. Also I do want to make a note that your tracking number may not show up in the computer until a FEW hours after it has already shipped. So just because you haven't received a tracking number yet does NOT mean that it has not already shipped.

This is straight from Sprint FB page...updated 3 mins ago....WTF....

Due to overwhelming demand for Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy S III we are running a little behind on deliveries. We are optimistic that we’ll be shipping all Samsung Galaxy S III - 16GB pre-orders this week and 32GB pre-orders next week. We appreciate the patience of our customers as we work through what may be a minor delay in availability for some customers. Please visit our updates on Sprint.com Community for the latest information.

Due to overwhelming demand and limited supply for Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy S III, we are running a little behind on deliveries. The 16GB version of Samsung Galaxy S III device will be available in Web Sales and Telesales (1-800-SPRINT1) beginning on Thursday, June 21. It will be in all remaining sales channels next week.

We are optimistic that we’ll be shipping all Samsung Galaxy S III-16GB pre-orders this week and that they will be delivered by June 21 as anticipated. There is a chance, however, that we may be a day or two late. We anticipate shipping all Samsung Galaxy S III-32GB pre-orders next week. To check the status of your pre-order, please visit Sprint | Check Your Order Status.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the patience of our customers as we work through this minor delay in availability. We know that many of you are eager to experience the next generation of the Samsung Galaxy series on the only network to provide unlimited data plans to new and existing customers. Should this situation change, we will continue to update this post as we have new information to share.

After seeing all of these delay messages, I'm curious about how many GS3s were given to the US carriers and how many they expect to sell.

I went ahead and just preordered a 16gb too :> and will keep whichever one comes first. If the 32gb is delayed a week then I will just refuse delivery and keep the 16gb one.

Okay so heres the latest................ 32 GB GS3 orders............ They have No Idea when they'll be shipping out they've been DELAYED.............. 16 GB Shall still receive them By the 21st. Shipping is starting today and will run through tomorrow. So if you preordered the 16gb version it will ship out either today or tomorrow due to the HUGE quantity. All I can say now is Good Luck and keep an eye on that inbox.

I saw the same thing too about the 32gb on the Sprint Community possibly being delayed weeks and why I just ordered a 16gb model. I know I ordered late but ordering seems almost 50/50 between the 32gb and 16gb so I might get the 16gb one this week as so many have ordered the 32gb one.

Sprint needs to get their act together they are really beginning to make themselves look bad they should have listed fewer that could have been preordered to assure they had enough. Also they should have allowed themselves enough time to make sure their launch went off according to plan, you see Verizon and At&t are not rushing. Well anyway I'll try to see what I can find out as usual..... And I'll let you know when I receive my tracking number since I'll receive it Realtime.

what do we know about retail store availability? I cancelled a Verizon preorder to switch to Sprint and save some money on service. I'd like to switch before the 25th which is when my VZW bill comes in. I couldnt exactly preorder because i wanted to save my number and such, fortunately the retail stores let you sign up for a waitlist before signing up for the service--it just all depends on when the phones come in. Do you think there will at least be a handful of phones at the retail stores?

Stores are still stating that they will receive them on the 21st and you can preorder them there. However, as the information relating to the new that just occurred its possible that it has not gotten around to all of the stores yet.

Just called one of the local Spring stores. They were aware of the ridiculous delay on SG3's. They're not even 100% sure that they'll get all 16GB pre-orders on the 21st either. They just said it's been pushed back by a week or so. WACKKKK!!

I just talked to Sprint, too. The guy said my 16 gig would ship on the 21st. And they will NOT be UPS RED, they will be ground. 3-5 days. We are looking at next week people. Misleading initial email after pre-order, but it is what it is, I guess.....

ALL the 16 gig preorders will ship on the 21st that is batch one. The 32 gigs will launch next week but no date set. The instore launch is to be determined. If you look at the other carriers its not sprints fault, There is shortage with 32 gig phones from sammy. The rumor going around is there are more phones than processors. I guess that makes sense because of my understanding qualcom isn't that big and Samsung did not have a choice but to drown them with orders. I would rather have a processor that works than one made in haste. That is just a rumor thought no one said this was the case.

All of you should get your 16 gig before the launch date you can now go into the store and activate if you want too. Before they were not going to be able to do it but now you can. Apparently everything is in the system but the physical phones.

Plus the One X/LTEvo use the same chip. It's a high demand item and Qualcomm is struggling to keep up. Rumor has it that Apple is looking to use either the same chip, or a similar one, for their iPhone 5s. This shortage does not surprise me. Qualcomm must be in overdrive.

I'm sure Sprint will get the GS3 since they got the last two. I just hope the U.S. get it sooner this time around.

I did a Sprint pre order for a 16gb blue...when it comes I'm going to return it for a white 32gb at a local Sprint store. Do you think I will get charged a restocking fee.
