Can someone upload a stock system.IMG from CWM? I want to convert into a flash able zip. I don't have the device anymore but still want to get my dev'n on.

Scratch the ICS dump, I need a JB dump from someone that has it, you can use "adb pull" or CWM or some other off the wall method of backing it up, I need that backup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am also stuck on ICS,i've tried to apply update.zip but it fail..

I don't think OTA zips run the same as ROM zips, so that wouldn't work, your best bet right now:
Delete the zip
Flash stock recovery
Update as normal

That's how most devices go for OTAs
