Root [Sprint] Root w/ tether

So I rooted my sprint note 2 and I need to find a tether app that doesn't cost me money for hotspot. I went onto the play store and saw a few apps and tried them but none of them seemed to get past the hotspot subscription part. Help would be awesome.
 
Looking for the same thing running into problem that knox won't allow my supersu to run or allow any type of tether. Fairly new at this as well
 
Whether running a hotspot costs you money depends on the carrier, not on the app. No matter which app you run, if the carrier doesn't allow tethering unless you pay for tethering, you have to pay for it. It's like asking for the make of tire to use on your car to not have to pay tolls. The question has nothing to do with the conditions of the question.
