Root [Sprint] sdcard0 low memory

OK I'm running AICP 4.4.2 ROM and I can't free up memory! I've tried file explorers and I can't find my backups to transfer to my PC. I have no memory. Please help!
 
You can always plug your phone in to pc. Copy EVERYTHING in a folder. Both sdcard and external sdcard. Than format internal sdcard in cwm/twrp. You would have to reinstall your apps. But it will allow you to pick and chose. ;)
