Root [Sprint] Sprint Victory Version?

I'm confused. Is the Sprint Galaxy Victory on 4.1.2 or 4.1.1? Also, apparently there's a very nice dev in here that's currently developing a CM10.1 rom for this not so mod attractive phone, but if that does work out, will the version number still be the same? As in 4.1.1/2 or higher?

Currently there is 2 versions being worked on CM10 (AOSP 4.1.2) that I am working on, and CM10.1 (AOSP 4.2.2) that xInterlopeRx is working on. The version I am working on is for the Virgin Mobile version but also boots up on the Sprint version of the phone (I also have the Sprint version of the phone someone donated to me).
