Hello everyone, does anyone know why my 4g connection ******* sucks? I'm barley getting 1 download and 1 upload.. My plan is unlimited am I being throttled? My area code is 94080. Please help. Thanks
 
If you have a twitter account, you're better off asking @SprintCare or calling them directly to see if your area has problems.
 
That should get you good data speeds. Maybe you're just on a busy node. Checking with Sprint is a good idea.
 
Check sensorly.com to see how good the coverage is at the exact location where you are in that zipcode.

Even though you may be under a 4G area (as advertised by Sprint), that doesn't mean that ALL towers are 4G LTE - found out after having the same issue at my location.
And call Sprint, and try to get a 'Network ticket' created - those folks know much more about what's going on than regular sprint customer care team.
