Hello everyone, does anyone know why my 4g connection ******* sucks? I'm barley getting 1 download and 1 upload.. My plan is unlimited am I being throttled? My area code is 94080. Please help. Thanks
Check sensorly.com to see how good the coverage is at the exact location where you are in that zipcode.
Even though you may be under a 4G area (as advertised by Sprint), that doesn't mean that ALL towers are 4G LTE - found out after having the same issue at my location.
And call Sprint, and try to get a 'Network ticket' created - those folks know much more about what's going on than regular sprint customer care team.
