Sprint Tech new to Android

Hi all. New to Android as I just picked up my Hero so of course I am researching and trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible. I am a technician for Sprint so naturally I try to get as much info about every phone that is out there as I can. This seems to be the place to be for it so I am hoping to pick up some good info and advice.

Ok, I have sometime going on with my Hero, this keeps popping up "The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly" Please try again Force close. I don't get it, could you please find out for me?
