Good evening.
I am trying to tether my phone to my laptop so I can use the internet through the phone using this here -

I tried calling Sprint but since I lease my phone they will not give me the MSL code.
1) Is the non-root method in the link above the best way to go about this?
2) What is the best way to get my MSL? I see there are apps/utilities out there. Does anyone have any recommendations?
