Help sprint touch test 1.0

So I was looking in the play store under installed apps and then slid over to all apps and found this one with an update. Does anybody know what it is or if I should update it? No additional permissions request from the original and no way to uninstall the original.
 
A link to the app would help us give you an answer. There are too many similarly-named pps on Play, and many that don't show up on a search for what the name would appear to be.

I just received this in my Play updates too. I'm running the stock 4.4.2 Sprint OTA rooted. I'm not going to update because the website minthere.com doesn't exist and the only thing I can find for the email address villiott{at}gmail.com is a github site. Very suspicious! Even the developer is listed as TEST ACCOUNT234234, which doesn't show up for any other apps.

Someone needs to tear apart this apk to see what it's doing.
 
Looks like it updates touch.apk. just seems fishy this weird app tries to update some hidden app from the factory.
 
i did the update and it changed it to Sprint touch, I then uninstalled the updates and it returned to simply being called touch (under settings > apps).

So it was there to begin with, just had a different name.
