Help Spy Software

Hi,
Can someone spy on your phone if they don´t install a spy software in it?

No. Or at any rate, not unless they have access to your carrier's or Google's systems, or any cloud services you use. Put another way, the NSA can certainly snoop you, but some random civilian can't unless they can either get hold of your phone to install something or hack your accounts.
