SSL causing issues(on our server)

Last week I could access our company's web page with my android easily. On monday however we had to reboot server and the guy doing it made slight goofball resulting in SSL certificate having to be changed to new one. And now every time I go to web page and try to log in it yells at untrusted certificate. And I'm pretty sure this is what caused android AND windows phone applications I had made go havoc.

Now...What(if anything) we could do to get this worked? Is there way to tell our phone that "yes you can trust this certificate now and forever"? I tried telling it to go on but doesn't seem to fix it in long term. Or does the server guy need to do something?

If you are the author of the apps, can't you have your app ignore cert errors? Sounds like you are using a self signed cert on this server and your devices don't have the CA...
