Help Stagefright OTA - how to disable nag?

I'm rooted with Titanium Backup. Does anyone know the process / app that I should freeze to disable the OTA notification? I only use the phone as a baby monitor anyway. I don't want to mess with anything.

Yeah, just freeze system update apk, i don't remember the name, but its pretty straightforward.

My recommendation, if you have stock recovery, just install it, nothing bad will happen.

Apply FOTAKill.apk on /system/app directory. It should automatically remove the notification.

Do not open and install it. It's not gonna work.
