Standard Android Keyboard on Eris

Is it possible to use the standard keyboard that comes with Android on an HTC Droid Eris? I'm using all dark themes in Handcent and then the HTC keyboard comes up and just ruins the dark look. I wish I could just get the standard black keyboard, without buying any keyboard replacements in the market.

I dont believe so. You could try turning off the HTC Sense, but I dont know if that will change the keyboard.

Then without an app you cannot change it
