Help Standard Apps flash open and then close

Tap away at the standard apps (Phone, People and Text) and they'll flash open and close instantly, except for the Camera app. I've rebooted, wiped the app's cache and data, wiped the primary cache and factory reset but nothing. It seems to get worse, not better. I've tried running from the apps window, from the notification area and even the text icon from the favorites drop down.

The phone isn't very usefull if I can't call or text out. Calls in aren't a problem.

Next day it may or not work initially, but it'll revert back to flash open and then instantly close. Most other apps do work.

Welcome to Android Forums.

After you did the Factory Data Reset did you try running it before installing any additional apps? If you did and it has those problems then I suggest you get it serviced. If it didn't then one of the apps you added is the cause.

If it runs after the Factory Data Reset with no problem ... run it that way for a long enough time that you are convinced it is gone.
