The ebay one looks like a knockoff without the chrome HTC inserts.

Only a matter of time until I break one of these so I want a spare, suggestions?

Why do you think you'd break the back cover? I would worrky more about breaking the screen or camera lens before worrying about the back cover breaking.

If u were gonna get a back cover thou I'd get the OEM one for just a little bit more money.

I swap batteries every couple of days (I have two, always keep one charged via my external) so I'm constantly prying the cover off. The thinness and flex concern me especially around the ports. Like I just said, it's only a matter of time. Guess I should bite the bullet and order one from VZW!

I stopped charging my batteries in the phone I only do external. So I take my cover off just about every day sometimes twice a day and I just don't think it would ever break unless I do it on purpose lol
 
I'm jsut gonna keep an eye on this.

I dont think im gonna break the back from opening it, but I am starting to worrt about the "HTC" logo. The top of the H is bent and Im trying my best to keep if from breaking off but i know one of these days its gonna fall off when im not looking and then what?

Anyone know what I can do, or if verizon would replace the back with a new one? Should I take it in there before its gone?

Otherwise Im just gonna end up with one of these as a replacement. Obviously from VZW since it looks like the ebay ones done have the metal letters to begin with.
