Installed the app on my SII and all worked fine. Then I did not use for a couple of weeks and then found the app froze. I deleted and reinstalled but just get the message. Can't communicate with Server.
Any suggestions how I can find what is blocking it.
There is no problem on my other SII, so it has to be the handset.

Have you tried clearing the app's cahe?

Also, that app has widgets. Make sure it hasn't gotten relocated to the sd card.

Yes. Deleted the app, reinstalled and made sure the cache showed 0

No, it's not on the SD card
 
You might try installing My Coffee Card. It does the same thing and see if it can communicate. I actually prefer this app to the Starbucks app.
