Help Starred E-mail

On my Strat, I can star an e-mail, but when I look in folders there isn't one for starred items, like with my other Android device, a tablet. Has anyone found a work-around for this?

if you are using the gmail app click on the inbox button near the top left of the screen (this will take you to a folder view) one of the options in this menu is starred, click on it and you should see all your starred gmail messages.

I have three accounts, one of them is gmail. It doesn't matter which one I select, going to the inbox button only gives me the options of: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash. No Starred Items on my Strat.

so you are using the standard mail app not the gmail app then? if you use the gmail app they are acessible, unfortunately idk how to get it out of the other email app.

Right, I'm using the Samsung app. I queried Samsung about this, and basically they blamed it on Verizon. I've since sent my question and Samsung's response to Verizon. Hmm, let's see what they say.

Thanks for your input, I can see how the gmail app does work. I'll try to figure out how to make it work for me. I still think the Samsung app should work. I mean saving important e-mail for later viewing is kinda basic. And, blaming it on Verizon is kinda lame.

Okay, I finely got it through my thick skull. Open the standard e-mail app, hit the menu key, touch accounts, and the third item down is Starred e-mails for all of your e-mail accounts. Not the most convenient way to do things, but it works.
