Go to settings scroll down to sound & notification.
Tap here.
Scroll down to interruptions tap on.
Tap on the button" when calls and notifications arrive".
Change the option here.

Change the option here.
That means you have priority notifications enabled. @Parayilhussain told you how to disable it.
