my power button is damage and my phone is off i cannot put it on without power button. is there any other way to switch it on?

Not as far as I'm aware.
My phone at least registers a connection when it's off and I connect it to the PC so there's a slim (I'm talking minute) chance yours might kick in to life, but I wouldn't hold out a great deal of hope, sorry.
