Hi all, so I'm just starting to get into Android - I have couple of years experience with Java, .NET, PHP and so on ... so I'm just wondering are there any specific Android frameworks/tools that I should be aware of that make life easier? These can include anything from design oriented similar to the Bootstrap/Foundation for HTML or maybe structural/performance such as CodeIgniter/Laravel for PHP .. hope my question makes sense. I'd just hate if I spend significant time working on something and then find out it's already done and ready to use as happened in my early web dev days. ... I'm specifically looking for something to help with the UI design so the apps look good.
