Hi I bought a phone from a wholesaler in China its an Alps i699 I want to try to reinstall the android os. My version is 2.3 but my phone says its 4.1.1 so it wont update and play store will not work so I can't download any apps or update the few that came on the phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
