Phone was just getting too tweaky and slow, and the dailer was not working.
did a factory reset, and started all over again.

I flashed CWM, and now I need the plague kernel for ZVB, and also if anyone thinks it is a good idea, the link for the ZVD upgrade.

question: will the ZVD upgrade wipe my data or other info from the Phone?

and which ROM is the fastest, least bestest at this time?

Zvd will put your phone back to complete stock but well worth the upgrade the most flavor rom is rom #2 by ldrifta and there are plenty of themes also for zvd
 
Thanks! I think I just went through a lot, and I'd like to wait before I go through that again. is there a link for plague kernel for ZVB?

excellent! I got the kernel but I forgot how to use CWM to install it. I go to my external sd card where I downloaded the kernel, but it's a bunch of files and no installs or autorun.
How do I install it? is there a step by step?

well it says "download to sd card and install it using CWM" but CWM is not in my apps list, nor is there a icon.

How do I make sure my phone is rooted? when I thought I rooted it, it said "rooted!" but is there a way to check?

I tried to use ROMtoolbox, and it said it had a flash option but when I navigated to to the plague kernel zip, and also the extracted files, there was no flash options.
