Startup hidden

I'm looking for an app for my android phone that will autostartup hidden(or minimized) the apps that i have set to start on boot. I need it for Skype as
it does not make autostart. I right now i use the Autorun to Skype app but Skype opens during boot. I also tested another program called auto start and
does the same.

Start minimized is normally part of the app's settings, not something an external app can tell an app to do. (The app doing the starting of other apps can't tell an app to start minimized unless that app was written to take a startup command to start minimized.)
