Help Startup Manager + Email Question

Hey, I'm looking for a startup manager for this phone. I know there is a good application called "Startup Manager" but it requires a root...something which has not been done yet for this phone.

I have Task Manager Pro, but it only has a couple of apps that it prevents from starting up, but things like Google Maps, Browser, etc. still start up..any way to stop this?

Also, I have stopped getting email notifications on my phone. I have checked my task killers, and none of them are killing anything related to email..any Idea what's going on?

Give 'Startup Auditor' a try, it doesn't require root and seems to do a decent job with stopping apps on startup and starting on their own.
