My status bar keeps force closing and i don't know what to do to fix it. Or how to go to my setting to fix it , i have to keep restarting my phone to get my status bar back.

It's difficult to understand how your status bar could force close, since it's not a discrete app. I'm guessing that it is randomly disappearing, and that you are using a third-party launcher. Many launchers can make the status bar disappear/reappear by "gestures" (e.g., swipe up, swipe down, swipe down with 2 fingers). Check your gesture settings; you are probably activating the toggle by accident.
