Help "Stay Awake" keeps turning back on

On both my and my wife's Opt-V, when we plug in the wall charger (it might be happening before this, but it only stays awake after it's been plugged in) it seems to turn back on the "stay awake" feature under Settings/Apps/Dev - anybody come across this or know why it might be happening? I haven't found a solution by searching yet, and can't seem to pinpoint (yet) an app that might be doing it for both of us. I've rooted both of our phones - no rom, just stock rooted...

i got this problem start from last month.........never seem to get any solution till now.
maybe some apps causing this to happen....
hope someone can help.........

Mine lights up after plugging in the charger to show that it is charging, but I hit the power button and it goes back to sleep and does not come back on, I think it is normal.

My Atrix has this issue too. I turn off Stay Awake, but if I reboot the phone it comes back on.
