Staying organized with outlool

Wazzzup -

Here is my setup - Huawei Ascend currently have Go launcher and Go calender. On my laptop I use outlook so how can I input things into my outlook and have the appt. show up on my smartphone? It seems like I am using way to may avenues that dont work. I got it once to work by having my calendar sync with google wich synced with outlook but I only got that to work once. Any suggestions so I can quit missing appts?
