Accessories Stealth Guard Screen Protector?

Has anyone tried the Stealth Guard screen protector on the Evo? Mine just arrived yesterday but I don't have a phone to try it on. What worries me is the "spray it with water before applying." Won't water mess up the phone? And is there any special "solution" or is plain water good enough? How hard is the application? How long does it have to dry before any use (including turning it on)?
 
i put it when i first got my EVO... the verdict.. it sucks. it protects but the protector scratches so easy. i scratched with my shirt wiping off fingerprints.. and it was an undershirt. ridiculous.. i just got the steinheil and its AMAZING
