Hi.

I bought Valiant Hearts: The Great War yesterday on Steam.
l'd like to play it on my phone too, but don't want to buy it again.
Can I somehow get the Steam game on my phone?

You'd have to contact Ubisoft. The licensing is different for devices of varying OS. For example, a game bought on iOS needs to be bought again for Android. Same thing for Steam and Android games. Unless the developer decides to let you have one version free since you already have another.
